How its been going

The last couple years I’ve been lucky enough to infuse my food with the essence of Kaua’i. I've always looked to nature for inspiration in the kitchen so seeing where my father grew up, I’ve been more than grateful to push my craft in such a beautiful place. After having the privilege to work at a couple of the higher end restaurant settings on Kaua'i such as Merriman's in Poipu & Hualiani's in Kalapaki, I was motivated to pursue a style of culinary direction that allows me more creative freedom. I specialize in Asian-Fusion, Italian, Decadent Desserts. Though I am comfortable in many different cuisines styles.
