“Growing up I continuously moved around the outer edges of the U.S. Having family from different parts of the world showed me how complex cooking could get from a young age.
Around the age of 12, I decided this is what I wanted to do. I cook for friends and family every chance I get. For me, The feeling brought by providing a balanced meal for someone is rare to find in other lines of work.”
“These last few years I’ve been lucky enough to infuse my food with the essence of Kaua’i. I’ve always looked to nature for inspiration in the kitchen so seeing where my father grew up, I’ve been more than grateful to push my craft in such a beautiful place.
From Culinary School to having the privilege to work at a couple of the higher end restaurant settings on Kaua’i such as Merriman’s in Poipu & Hualiani’s in Kalapaki, I was motivated to pursue a style of culinary direction that allows me more creative freedom. I decided to put myself in the direction of cooking privately for hire throughout the Hawaiian Islands. I specialize in Asian-Fusion, Italian, and Decadent Desserts. Though I am comfortable in many different styles of cuisine and a lover of all things food!”
